HomeMy WebLinkAbout4062_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTION NO. 4062 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE INTERIM DESIGN STANDARDS FOR COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. 110 RPC NO. 639 WHEREAS , the City of Redlands , the City of Loma Linda , and the County of San Bernardino have jointly formed a County Service Area identified as CSA 110 for the purpose of providing active services that shall be limited to area planning, water service , street lighting, sewer service , roads , parkway facilities and services , soil conserva- tion and drainage control , and fire protection; and WHEREAS, the preparation of a specific plan for the properties within CSA 110 is now in process ; and WHEREAS , the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands recom- mended, after holding a public hearing upon notice in accordance with the Government Code of the State of California , that the City Council of the City of Redlands approve and adopt the Interim Design Standards for County Service Area No. 110 ; and WHEREAS, Redlands Planning Commission Resolution No. 639 has been certified and transmitted to the City Council ; and WHEREAS, on this 21st day ofMlay, 1935 , the City Council of the City of Redlands has held a duly advertised public hearing concerned with the proposed Interim Design Standards for CSA 110 ; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands : 1 . That the Interim Design Standards for County Service Area 110 be approved and adopted as contained in the document titled "East Valley Corridor Interim Design Standards , " attached and made a part of this Resolution , for the area as show on the also attached map and known as County Service Area No. 110 . 2 . That the above referenced interim design standards for the subject area will remain in effect until final adoption of a specific plan by all of the participating entities.
