HomeMy WebLinkAbout6702_CCv0002.pdf RESOLUTION NO. 6702 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS APPROVING THE DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN PUBLIC RECORDS WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands adopted Resolution No. 6576 on February 20, 2007, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Redlands adopting regulations governing the retention and disposition of records; and WHEREAS, the Finance Department has submitted application for the destruction of certain public records as described in Exhibits "A" and -B" and in accordance with the requirements of Resolution No. 6576; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands as follows: Section 1. That the application for the destruction Of public records as attached in Exhibits "A" and "B" are hereby adopted. APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Redlands on April 15, 2008.
