OF RATES, "10 BE CHARGED BY DISPOSAL DEPARTMENT, MENDING
RESOLUTION 1-40, 2607 AND RESCINDING- RESOLUTION NO. 2759
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RE ELANDS DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,

TERMINE AIM ORDER AS FOLLOWS :
That Section I of Resolution No. 260-1 of the City of Redlands,
entitled "Resolution of the City of Redlands Establishing Schedule
Or Rates to be Charged by Disposal Department, " is hereby amended to
read as follows:
1® That beginning July 1, 1970, the following s.-hedulle of col-
lection rates for ser-vice by the Disposal Department shall be in
force and effect:
Residen,'-ial Collections, $3. 25 per raonth with the exception
of those areas outlined on the map
attached hereto, where the rate
shall be $4, 50 per month.
$2.00 per month for each unit in a
multiple dwelling.
Comxftercial: Beginning at $4.60 per month and up-
ward as determined by standard rate
tables in the Disposal Department
administered by the Superintendent.
(A copy of said table is attached
hereto and shall be a part of this
resolution. )
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 16th day of June, 19710.
