What, effective the lst day of August, 1956, the followi-ng schedule Of collection rates for service by the Sanitet'"' :)egartment shall be in force and effect: s Residential collections: X1..25 per month with the exception of those areae outlined or, the map atta0,4ed hereto, where the rater shall be 51.75 per month.
