ESTASLISHING SCHEDUU OF RATES TO
BL C 'ARGED BY SANITATION DEFARTH;1iT
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the adoption of the
rate schedule contained herein will assure a continuing high standard of
disposal service by the Sanitation Department for the people of Redlands; and
WHKRFAS, said rate schedule corresponds with the average rates
charged for disposal service in cities of comparable population and in the
sae class as the City of Redlands; and
WHEREAS, economy and efficiency studies under the direction of
Magma Dead, superintendent of the Sani'tRtion Department, emphasize the
a@.aessri.ty of Adt3 uag the proposed aolleation rate mchedule to keep pace
with the growth and development of the City of Redlands;
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Redlands does hereby RESOLVE,
DETERMINE

1. What, effective the lst day of August, 1956, the followi-ng schedule
Of collection rates for service by the Sanitet'"' :)egartment shall be in force and
effect:
