RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS APPROVING
AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF DISPOSITION AND
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR THE
CITY OF REDLANDS AND MISSION PLAZA
WHEREAS, in order to effectuate the provisions of the
Redevelopment Plan for the Redlands Redevelopment Project Area,
the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands (the "Agency" )
proposes to enter into a Disposition and Development Agree ment-
With Mission Plaza, a joint venture, or assiqnee (t-he
"Agreement" ) providing for the acqU4 sition and sa' e of certain

parcels of real property (the "Sales Parcels" ) within the
Redlands Redevelopment Project Area (the "Project Area" ) , the
location which is more particular Ly described in the Agreement;
WHEREAS, the Agency has det-ermined that -'the development
of the Sales Parcels and certain adjacent property by the
Developer as a retail and commercial complex pursuant to the
Agreement is consistent with and in furtherance of the
Redevelopment Plan for the Project Area; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has received and duly considered
testimony presented at public hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED
BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 , The Agency hereby approves the Disposition
and Development Agreement by and between the Redevelopment Agency
of the City of Redlands and Mission Plaza, which Agreement shall
be in substantially the same form as that attached to this
Resolution and incorporated herein by reference, with such
non-material changes and revisions , if any, as shall be
recommended by Agency counsel and approved by the Executive
Director of the Agency.
Section 2 . The Agency hereby authorizes and directs
any two officers of the Agency to execute the Agreement and the
Executive Director to deliver the same .
Section 3 . This Resolution shall take effect upon
adoption.
