RESOLUTION CONCERNING EDA PROJECT NO. 07-1-00616
FOR SAN BERNARDINO AVENUE SEWER LINE FROM CHURCH
STREET TO CRAFTON AVENUE
WHEREAS , the City of Redlands intends to construct a sewer
line for an approximate distance of three miles, extending from
Church Street to Crafton Avenue on San Bernardino Avenue in the
City of Redlands,
WHEREAS , said sewer line is necessary for health, safety and
welfare of the residents of said city,
WHEREAS , application has been made to the Economic Develop-
ment Administration of the U. S . Department of Commerce for a
grant to assist in the construction of said project, which has
been designated EDA Project No. 07-1-00616,-
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Redlands as follows:
1. That the City of Redlands has allocated the sum of
$150, 150.00 for the construction of said EDA Project
No. 07-1400616.
2. That said sum of $150, 150.00 will be expended on said
project when it has been approved by the Economic
Development Administration and the grant applied for
has been provided to the City.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 18th day of March, 1969.
