and assigns, the right to con.struot, use, maintain, alter, add to, repair,
replace, and/or remove, in, on and ovQr the real property hereinafter d ,sRn
Bribed, situated in the Goun.ty of An Fer,na,rd ino v State Of California, an
electric line, consisting of poles , necesoary guys and anchors , cross-arms ,
wires and other fixtures and appliances, and one 23 foot by 30 foot Trans-
former Pad, for conveying electric energy to be need for :fight, hearty powers
telephone and/or other purpo s e e s
Said real property is described as follower
Parcel 1: A strip of land 10 feet in width lying within gots 9 &,t,,,vd "„Oh�

shortened to terminate on the perimeter of the following

the perimeter being described as follows

The Grantee, its successors and assigns , and its and their respect-
ive agents and employees, shawl have the right to trim or top such trees as
may endanger or interfere with said electric line, and shall have free access
to said electric line andd every part thereof, at all times, for the purpose
of exercising the rights herein granted
