Bo 2090 � � Redlands, CA 92373 S r RESOLUTION NO. 4323 C0 , C AI-iF A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS FINDING THAT CERTAIN UTILITY EASEMENTS ARE UNNECESSARY FOR PRESENT OR PROSPECTIVE PURPOSES AND ORDERING THE VACATION OF SAID UTILITY EASEMENTS (RESOLUTION NO. 4272) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS hereby ordains and resolves as follows: SECTION ONE: The City Council of the City of Redlands, having elected to proceed under the provisions of Division 9, Part 3, Chapter 2, of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, and having held a public hearing as provided herein, hereby finds from all evidence submitted that said utility easements described in Exhibit "A" (attached) are unnecessary for present or prospective utility easement purposes and that the public interest and convenience require the vacating of said utility easements. The City Council hereby further finds that such vacation is consistent with the City' s General. Plan. SECTION TWO : The City Council hereby orders the vacation of said utility easements described in the attached Exhibit "A. " SECTION THREE: The City Council hereby determines that the vacation of said utility easements as described in the attached .Exhibit "A" herein are required by public interest, convenience, safety and welfare. ADOP EDD SIGNED AND APPROVED this 19th day of January, 1985.
