HomeMy WebLinkAboutContracts & Agreements_247-2022CITY OF REDLANDS AND THE REDLANDS ASSOCIATION OF MID -MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES SIDE LETTER OF AGREEMENT (2022) This Side Letter of Agreement amending the July 1, 2018 — June 30, 2023 Memorandum of Understanding between the Redlands Association of Mid -Management Employees (RAMME) and the City of Redlands ("City") is made and entered into this 6th day of December, 2022. RAMME and the City are sometimes individually referred to herein as a "Party" and, together, as the "Parties." RECITALS WHEREAS, RAMME and the City agreed to a Memorandum of Understanding ("RAMME MOU") for the period of July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2023; and WHEREAS, the Parties now wish to agree to a one-time, $3,500 Retention Bonus; and WHEREAS, representatives of the City and RAMME have met and conferred in good faith, and now wish to effect this change with respect to the RAMME MOU; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, RAMME and the City agree as follows: AGREEMENT Effective within 60 days following approval and adoption of this Side Letter Agreement, the City will provide a one-time $3,500 Retention Bonus for all active employees on payroll at the time of the payout, excluding any employees who received a hiring incentive after October 1, 2022.
