This second amendment ("Second Amendment") to the agreement for the preparation of a
development impact fee study services ("Agreement"), dated November 2, 2021, by and between
the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation and a general law city ("City"), and David Taussig
and Associates, Inc. dba DTA ("Consultant"), is made and entered into this 6th day of December
2022.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend Article 4.2 of the
Agreement to extend the date for termination of the Services to December 31, 2023;
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration in the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledge City and Consultant agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Section 4.2 of the Agreement, titled "Performance of Services," is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"4.2 Consultant shall complete the Services by December 3], 2023, unless the Services are
terminated earlier as provided for herein."
Section 2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this Second
Amendment and in effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Second Amendment, to be
effective as of December 6, 2022.
