FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT TO PERFORM PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
This First Amendment ("First Amendment") to the Hinckley Water Treatment Plant Sludge
Press Engineering Project Agreement to Perform Professional Services ("Agreement"), dated
April 19, 2022, by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation and a general law
city ("City"), and Dudek ("Consultant"), is made and entered into this 6th day of December, 2022.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend Article 4.2 of the
Agreement to extend the date for termination of the Services to December 31, 2023;
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration in the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledge City and Consultant agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Section 4.2 of the Agreement, titled "Performance of Services," is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"4.2 Consultant shall complete the Services by December 31, 2023, unless the Services are
terminated earlier as provided for herein."
Section 2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this First
Amendment and in effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment, to be effective
as of December 6, 2022.
