HomeMy WebLinkAboutContracts & Agreements_240-2022CITY OF REDLANDS AND THE REDLANDS ASSOCIATION OF MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES SIDE LETTER OF AGREEMENT (2022) This Side Letter of Agreement amending the July 1, 2018 — June 30, 2023 Memorandum of Understanding between the Redlands Association of Management Employees (RAME) and the City of Redlands ("City") is made and entered into this 15th day of November, 2022. RAME and the City are sometimes individually referred to herein as a "Party" and, together, as the "Parties." RECITALS WHEREAS, RAME and the City agreed to a Memorandum of Understanding ("RAME MOU") for the period ofJuly 1, 2018 to June 30, 2023; and WHEREAS, the Parties now wish to agree to a one-time, $3,500 Retention Bonus; and WHEREAS, representatives of the City and RAME have met and conferred in good faith, and now wish to effect this change with respect to the RAME MOU; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, RAME and the City agree as follows: AGREEMENT Effective within 60 days following approval and adoption of this Side Letter Agreement, the City will provide a one-time $3,500 Retention Bonus for all active employees on payroll at the time of the payout, excluding any employees who received a hiring incentive after October 1, 2022.
