Redlands West End Project — Citrus Valley Plaza
Quote for: David Hexem and Russ Dalzell

The pricing herein is for Leverage Information Systems, Inc to provide equipment and engineering
services for installation of the equipment below. Leverage Information Systems, Inc is also providing a
quote for maintenance including phone/VPN support and hardware support with depot repair for one year.
Customer Responsibilities
• Provide a point of contact to Leverage Information Systems, Inc technician for the duration of the
project.
• Provide access to customer facilities necessary to complete the project.
110 Volt AC power readily available — nearby location of NEMA enclosure
• Supply patch cables and other interconnection supplies, unless specifically ordered and listed on
the Quote
• Locations of where equipment will be mounted/placed with access for equipment installation and
configuration
• Appropriate outage time, notify users, and provide a point of contact to Leverage Information
Systems, Inc technician for the duration of the project
• End user notification of cut over dates, down time and other workflow interrupting activities if
applicable
• When necessary Leverage Information Systems, Inc may require clients provide: passwords,
door codes, and access to the system for configuration and testing
• List of user names and access levels
• Pre -stage area for un-boxing, integration, and pre -configuration of equipment
• Redlands PD and their IT staff will provide Leverage with IP addresses and IP scheme to be used
for this project.
• Redlands PD IT staff to provide Leverage with VPN access for remote support
Assumptions:
Estimates
Estimates are provided based on the scope detailed above. Any changes or additions to the scope detail
will be billed above and beyond the estimate on a Time & Materials basis.
Delays
If we are delayed more than one hour per site by those parts of the installation that are outside our
control: i.e. Telco circuit delays, network non -availability, existing or reuse hardware 1 cable failures; delay
time will be charged at our normal Time & Materials rate.
Labor Rates
All labor quoted is normal working hours (8am-5pm, M-F, non -holiday) unless otherwise stated. Premium
labor rates apply to other than normal working hours.

Configurations
Some device configurations will be completed at offices operated by Leverage Information Systems, Inc
Information Systems. These configuration hours will be placed against quoted hours that are pre -
approved by the client. If a specific/special configuration is required it must be submitted to Leverage at
least 2 weeks prior to deployment. If no special configuration is received we will deploy a standard
configuration and expect the customer to tailor it to their own needs. If Leverage must change this
configuration later it will be billed accordingly against the project hours.
Power
All locations are assumed to have power or will be provided by the client unless otherwise stated in scope
of work. See site by site scope of work for further details
If additional electrical work is required at the either light pole designated as camera 'I and camera 2 than
a change order will be required to cover the cost of a C10 sub -contractor.
Permits
If permits are needed it is the customer responsibility to have permits on hand before installation, or
advise Leverage Information Systems, Inc that permits will be need so we may file the appropriate paper
work.
Redlands Police Department will aid Leverage with Traffic management if required
Hardware
Leverage Information Systems, Inc will be responsible for receiving all equipment. Leverage Information
Systems, Inc will install the equipment, integrate it into the customer network {connect network cables)
and test the equipment against the proposed operation guidelines, and to TIA/EIA standards.
Access
Leverage Information Systems, Inc will be granted access to appropriate areas of the proposed install
locations and the PD local network.
Installation
Installation includes unpacking hardware, mounting, connecting cables, installing and configuring
software and hardware for proper operation as part of network.

infrastructure to deploy 2 PTZ cameras in the vicinity of the Citrus Plaza as follows:

Camera locations will be the North East corner of Alabama St and W. Lugonia Ave and on the
south side of the intersection of W. Lugonia Ave and Frontage Road- The network will consist of
Firetide Wireless with a link from Camera 2 location back tap to Citrus Valley High School for
uplink to the PD network via Fiber assets in place at the High School.

Installation:
• The blind spot for the camera will be due south of the pole so that the camera will have
clear line of site down all roadways.
• The Parabolic Antenna will be oriented to shoot wireless signal over the freeway to the
landing point at the High School. Polarization of antenna will be determined at time of
installation depending on line of site to High School. This link will be a MlMO link.
• The Patch Antenna will be pointed back to Camera 1 location to receive the wireless
signal from the corner of Alabama and W. Lugonia. Polarization of antenna will be
determined at time of installation depending on line of site to Camera 1 location.
• The Firetide radio and IndigoVision Encoder will be mounted inside the NEMA enclosure
and powered via a power tap from the street light pole.
• The Bosch camera will be mounted to the pole and powered via the street light pole
power tap.

At this location the following will be installed:
1, 7020 External Firetide Radio: Dual radio enabled
• 1, Parabolic Antenna
• 1 Cisco 3550 switch
• New Pole.
• Power to pole
• CAT5 run down to MDF.
Assumptions at this location:
• Power can be successfully extended from the location to the left of the existing pole.
• Existing Pole can be replaced utilizing the existing mount.
• Uplink to Fiber network is available.

Installation:
• Existing Pole will be replaced, existing mount will be re -used.
• Firetide 7020 dual MIMO radio will be mounted to new pole
Existing camera will be mounted to new pole.
• Parabolic antenna will be mounted to new pole and oriented toward Camera 2 location
at Citrus Plaza.
• Antenna will be connected to 7020 via 3 lengths of LMR cable and 3 Lightning arrestors
will be put in -line with the LMR.
• 110 VAC will be extended from location approx. 20 feet to the left of the pole location as
viewed looking south toward pole.
• CAT5e cable will be connected to Firetide radio and run down to IDF.
• In OF location CAT5e from roof will connected to Leverage supplied Cisco 2960 switch
• Cisco 2960 switch will be configured by Leverage IS engineer and connected to network
via Fiber patch panel*.
• Encoders in location 1 and 2 will have IP addresses assigned to them in accordance
with Redlands PD -- IT policy
• New Cameras will be programmed into IndigoVision database and assigned to existing
NVR for recording of video.
*District office: other end of fiber will connect to house 6509 core switch via GBIC
and fiber patch cable purchased through this contract.
