pales, wires, crossarms, insulators, appliances, fiy.-tures, and appurtenances
as in this resolution hereinafter more particularly described' and

and deliver a Pill of Sale to said Company of all the poles, wires and appliancP4,

` 1943, addressed to the Mayor and Council of the City of Redlands, requested
said City to execute and deliver a Bill of Sale to said Company of all the
poles, x1res and appliances, constituting said electric distribution, line
II properties, as provided in said agreement of April .lr, 1914; and
f� WHEREAS, after clue consideration of said Power Company's request, and I

I(E and determined that said Power Company is entitled to a Pill of Sale of all the
( poles, wires and appliances constituting said electric distribution line proper-
4� ties as hereinafter particularly described, and that such: Bill of Sale be

Said 33,000 volt electric distribution line properties are located, �
# existing and in place as follows:
i Beginning at the intersection of Tennessee Street and
San Bernardino Avenue, (the center line of Tennessee Street
being the gest boundary line of the City of Redlands) , and !
running thence east along the north side of San Bernardino
Avenue to a point approximately 150 feet wrest of the west
line of Orange Street; thence in a southeasterly direction
to a point near the southeast corner of the intersection of
San Bernardino Avenue and Orange Street; thence easterly
along the south side of San Bernardino Avenue to the east
{i side of Judson Street; thence south along the east side of
! Judson Street to a point near the southwest corner of the
intersection of Redlands Street end Citrus Avenue; thence
southeast along the southwest side of Redlands Street to a
point near the northwest corner of the intersection of
Redlands Street and Highland Avenue; thence southerly to a
point on the southeast sie'_e of Highland Avenue; thence south-
westerly along the southeast side of Highland Avenue to a
I point approximately 284.1 southwest of the southwesterly line
of Spiral Street; thence southeasterly to the electric sub-
station of California Electric Power Company located unon
the pumping plant No. 1 property (Reservoir Canyon) of the
City�? of Redlands near California State Highway 99 and
j Highla?1d Avenue.
