A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ADOPTING THE CITY OF REDLANDS EMERGENCY PLAN, REVISED
JANUARY, 1984 , AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2529
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Redlands adopted
the City of Redlands Civil. Defense and Disaster Plan dated
February 1 , 1972 ; and
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Redlands adopted
Ordinance No. 1473 on February 1 , 1972 , which established the
City of Redlands Emergency Operating Plan and amended Chapter 45
of the Redlands Ordinance Code; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Emergency Preparedness has revised
and updated the City of Redlands Emergency Plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Redlands that the Emergency Plan, Revised January, 1984 ,
be adopted to provide guidelines for preparing, mobilizing, and
employing public and private resources to meet essential needs
during disasters .
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 21st day of February, 1984 .
