RESMIX771ON AND ORDER OF THE CITY OF REDILANDS FOR CONDEMNATION OF REAL
PROPERTY FOR STREET PURPOSES AND A PUBLIC RIGHT OF 'WAY,
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands
that.
1. Public interest and necessity require the acquisition of real
property and property rights owned by DEBORAH K. GUTHAS and DORCAS K.
RAFFINGTON, by the CITY OF REDLANDS, a municipal corporation of the State
of California, hereinafter called "City" for, public use authorized by law,
to-wit., street purposes and a public right of way.
2. 'Me taking of the said property and property rights is necessary
to such public use, and the use of all of said property and property
rights for such purposes is a public use authorized by law;
3. That the acquisition of said property, property rights, and the
improvements and installations located thereon are planned and located in
the manner which is most compatable with the greatest public good and
necessity and the least private injury;
4. The City Attorney of the City of Redlands is hereby instructed,,
authorized and empowered-
(a) To acquire in the name of and on behalf of the CITY, _qaid
property and property rights by donation, purchase or condem-
nation in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the
State of California relating to eminent domain;
(b) To prepare and prosecute in the name of the CITY such
suit or suits in the proper Court having jurisdiction there-
of as necessary to condemn said lands for purposes hereinabove
described;
The property and property rights herein mentioned are described as
RES. NO. 2085 REAL PROPERTY-GUTHAS and RAFFINGTON

Lot 6 of Block 4 of a portion of Redlands Town Plat as shown
in Book 5 of M.aps, Page 1.0, in the City of Redlands, County of
San Bernardino, State of California.
