RESOLUTION AND ORDER POR CONDEMNATION OF CERTAIN LANDS ANb PMALAXENT
RASE21ENTS THEREIN FOR PARK, PLAYaROUND, AND MUIRICIA.PAL PURPOSSS IN THE
CITY O� REDLANDS, CALLIFMIA.
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands that,
it finds and determi.nes and hereby declares;
That pub'Lic safety, health, welfare, -onvenisrce, interast and necess-ity
require the acquisition by the CITY OP REDLMSt located in the County of San
Bernardino, State of California, of the !and and all easements and right--ol--
Way in, upon, under, across and over the lands hereinafter described for
;ubllo use, to- vit; for park, pl-ayaround, and municipal purpoess.
That the use of all of said landz for said purposes is a public use
authorized by law;
That the taking of said la ds or intatest thereirn, in the manner avid for
the purpoae set forth is necessary to such public use and that it is necessary
that ouch lands be so taken;
That the said proposed 1"-d use, publiG works and i-myrove-ments are -planned
and located in a manner which will be most. compatible with the greatest public
good and the least private injury; and.
IT IS FURTHER FILSOLVED that the City Attorney of the City of Redlands, be

To acquire in the name or and upon behalf of the CITY OF REDLANDS of
San Bernardino County, State of Californiat title, intereat, and all permanent
easements in the property hereinafter escribed by donation,, purchase or
eminent domain or condemnation in act-ordance with the provisions of the laws
of the State of Qa'lifornia relating- to emir.ertt domain;
To prepare and prosecute in the maze of the CITY OF RZEDLAND'S, CountQy t)f
