A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2786 WHICH ESTABLISHED PROCEDURES
FOR ADMINISTRATION OF EMPLOYER-EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS hereby resolves
as follows:
SECTION ONE. That Resolution No. 2786 be amended by the addition
of Section 10.C, Procedure for Modification of Established Appropriate
Units, reading as follows:
C. Procedure for Modification of Established Appropriate Units.
Requests by employee organizations for modification of an
established appropriate unit may be considered by the Municipal
Employee Relations Officer. Such requests shall be submitted in
the form of a Petition for Recognition, and, in addition to the
requirements set forth in Section 9, shall contain a complete
statement of all relevant facts and citations in support of the
proposed modified unit in terms of the policies and standards set
forth in Sections 10.A and 10.B hereof. The Municipal Employee
Relations Officer shall process such petitions as Recognition
Petitions under this resolution.
