RESOLUTION NO. 2428
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF REDLANDS AUTHORIZING
THE COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO TO CLAIM CERTAIN FUNDS EXPENDED
FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
The City Council of the City of Redlands hereby resolves :
WHEREAS, On January 11 , 1965, the County of San Bernardino
entered into an Agreement with Joseph E, Bonadiman, Civil Engineer,
to furnish the engineering services required to improve the traffic
carrying capacity and safety of Alabama Street - Palm Avenue
between Olive Avenue and Highland Avenue .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the
City of Redlands that it hereby authorizes the County to claim
the funds expended by the County for the aforementioned engineering
services as credit pursuant to Streets and Highways Code, Section
186. 1
