Subject: Reassignment of Contracts
This letter is to inform you that Mead & Hunt. Inc., a well -respected and established airport
consulting firm, has recently acquired the assets and staff of Shutt Moen Associates (SMA).
effective October 1, 2W1
In accordance with the contract dated November 7, 2000, for evaluation of helicopter flight
patterns and land use compatibility issues at Redlands Municipal Airport between you and
Shutt Moen Associates, we are requesting concurrence for the transfer of the contract(s) and
remaining benctits, and responsibilities to Mead & Hunt, Inc. Please acknowledge concur-
rence by signing below and returning this letter to us. Please also advise us on your letter-
head, if there are any outstanding remaining issues prior to October 1. 2002, that need to be
addressed: or if there are any current issues that we need to address.

ber 1, 2002, all Shutt Moen employees are now cmplt)vccs of Mead & Hunt. In addition,

ties and service.
