AMENDMENT TO CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT This Amendment is made and entered into this 19th day of November, 2002 by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation (hereinafter "City") and Ultra -Safe Security Specialists, a California corporation (hereinafter "Consultant"). WHERE -AS, under the terms of the Agreement to Furnish Professional Consultino, Services between the City and Consultant dated Mky 7, 2002, the Consultant agreed to install, on behalf of the City, a security system at the Redlands Municipal Airport (the "Agreement"); and WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend the Agreement by upgrading the access control system and the surveillance system at the Redlands Municipal Airport for the total cost not to exceed $28,891.75; NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually agreed to by and between the parties that the May 7, 2002 Agreement shall be amended as follows: 1. Subparagraph 2.1 of the Agreement is hereby amended to include the additional services described in Exhibit "A." 2. Subparagraph 5.1 ofthe Agreement is hereby amended to increase the compensation for the services to be performed by Consultant to an amount not to exceed One Hundred Thirty - Three Thousand Four Hundred Nine Dollars and Seventy -Five Cents (S 13 )3,409.75). 3. Except as amended herein, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. We will relocate the camera and wireless transmitter from the pole adjacent to the Coyote Gate that presently views West Sessums Drive. The camera and wireless transmitter will be installed on the North side of the Coyote Hangar. The camera will view activities to the North of' the building. We Will install a hard -wired camera at the East side of the Lobby Building viewing activities to the East. 0 Investment for Installing this equipment will be $2,000.00. We Will install a camera with wireless transmitter and receiver at the North side of the Hangar that is East of the Center Gate viewing activities to the South. * Investment for Installing this equipment will be $3,750.00. We will install a camera with wireless transmitter and receiver on post at the Center Gate viewing activities to the North to the Aircraft Shelter. * Investment for Installing this equipment will be $3,500.00. We will install a camera with wireless transmitter and receiver at t Hangar Owner Association Hangar viewing activities to the South. * Investment for Installing this equipment will be $3,750.00. 1 We will install a camera with Wireless transmitter and receiver at the Hangar that will provide the best view of the West Gas Pump. * Investment for Installing this equipment will be $3,500.00. + Upgrade of the Ultra -Safe Access Control System by Brivo Access Control Systems, Inc. We will install an Access Control Panel at the Aero Dynamics that will receive special Wireless signals from owner -identified transmitters that will open the Aero Dynamics Gate Only, * Investment for installing this equipment will be $3,600.00.
