This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the Public Works Construction Contract for
the Redlands Bowl Electrical and Theatrical Lighting Upgrade Project for the ("Contract"), dated
October 18, 2022, by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation and a general law
city ("City"), and My Electrician Inc. ("Contractor"), is made and entered into this 17th day of
January, 2023.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Contractor to amend their existing Contract,
specifically to amend the time for completion of the contract to April 30, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration in the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledge City and Contractor agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Section 3 of the contract, entitled "Time for completion," is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"TIME FOR COMPLETION: The Work shall be completed within one hundred eighty
(180) calendar days from and after the date of City's issuance of a Notice to Proceed to
Contractor."
Section 2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this First
Amendment and in effect.
Section 3. This Amendment may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be
deemed an original, but all of which, together, shall constitute one and the same instrument.
