RESOLUTION OF TNTENTION NU. 230%
Resolved, by the Board of Trustees of the 0ity of Redlands
that it is the intention of said. Board to order the foll'o,7ing
street work to be done in said city , to -rit :
The extension of Washington Street as herein described.
That the land which is by said Roard doe mind. necessary to be
taken therefor, and which this Board. intends to take therefor ,
is described as fol-lows , to wit :
Bmglnning at the northrrest corner of Lot 13 of the Olive
Grove Addition ( being a Subdivision of a part of the northeast
quartcr Of the soutimoot cluarter of Section 22, Township one
South,, Range three -,rest , S. 14. M. ) according to a Map Of said
addition of record in the office of the lounty Recorder in Ian
DorrRrdino lounty, f7aliforria: thence running north and parallel
with the west line of Orange Street to the south boundary line
of Lugonia Avenue; thence west along the south line of Lugonia
Avenue 54.25 feet ; thence South andPtallel with the weet line
of Orange Street to the northeast c rner of Lot 42 of said

Olive Grove Addition; thence east to the Place of beginning.
That the exterior boundaries of the district homnb7 es-
tablished and the exterior bounalariec of the district of lands
.hereby declared. to be affected and benefitted by said work or
Improvement , and to be assessed to pay the damages, costs , and
expenses thereof, are described an follows:

notice of the pRssaFe of this Resoliltion, end. the said Street
SuperIntendent is hereby directed to cause notices of the pas-
sage Of this Resolution to be posted in the manner and_ form
requi Ted. by law and to cause a notice sinilar in substance to
be published in said newspaper for a period of ten r,4aVs In the

RESOLUTION ORDFRfNG WORK TO BE DONE •
Resolved by the board of trustees of the city of Redlands
that the public interest and convenience require ,a,nd the said
board of trusties hereby orOer to he done the work of opening and
extending . 4' street in acoordance with Resolution of
Intention No.01: . . Ldeolaring, the intention of said board to order said work to be done ,and it, is hey-eby ordered that said
work be done in aocor&.nce with said re-solution of intention.
Resolved that, ,mibject to removal by said board a any

be, and they are hereby appointed commissioners to assess the
benefits and damages. and have general supervision of said work
until the completion thereof,in compliance with an act of the
legislature of the State of California:, approved March 611B89) and,

For their services said cormnissioners shall receive as
compensation the of per dFky for the days upon
