RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
APPROVING THE AGREE 14ENT FOR FEDERAL AID EMERGENCY RELIEF
PROJECT ER-460 (l) ON ALABAMA STREET IN THE CITY OF REDLANDS,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands has
examined the agreement for Federal Aid Emergency Relief
Project ER-460 (l) on Alabama Street between the City of
Redlands and the Department of Public Works , Division of
Highways of the State of California;
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED:
That the City Council of the City of Redlands approves
said Agreement;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Mayor of
the City of Redlands is authorized to sign said agreement
and the City Clerk shall attest it.
ADOPTED, SIGNED, AND APPROVED this 3rd day of March,
1970.

ARTICLE V Project LocatiOn and description of work proposed:
Project ER-460(i) on Alabama Street, PAS 713, at the Santa
Ana River in the City of Red!=03 , Emergency repairs to
restore and maintain traffic .
ARTICLE \1 — Proposed Project funding:
1. The estimated cost of the work covered by this agreenent
is WhA200.
2. Based on this estimate the work will be financed with Federal-
aid Emergency. Relief funds of $!4,200.
The amount paid to the Pity will be limited to the amount
actually collected by the State for this work.
