A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
DESIGNATING CERTAIN ROADS TO BE IN THE FEDERAL-AID URBAN SYSTE-I'A
WHEREAS , under reguIntions issued by the Secretary of Trnnaportation
under the Federal =Aid Highway Act (Title 23 , U . S . Code) , the City
of Redlands with the concurrence of the California Dpa
ertment oF
Transportation , has been designated to select a Federal -Aid Urban
System in the City of Redlands , and
WHEREAS , the San Bernardino County Transportation Commission has
approved the addition of Brockton Avenue to the F systems at its
February 1 ,1978 meeting .
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby :
1 . Concurs in and approves Brockton Avenue between Texas
Street and Judson Street as an addition to the Federal
-
Aid Urban System eligible for Federal -Aid in the City
of Redlands , State of California , subject to the
concurrence of the California Department of 'Tran sortation
and approval of the Federal Highway Administration .
