A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING THE MASTER
AGREEMENT FOR THE FEDERAL-AID URBAN SYSTEM PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands
as follows :
WHEREAS, on April 22, 1975, the City of Redlands entered into
a Master Agreement for the Federal-Aid Urban System Program with
the California Department of Transportation, and
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands desires to modify and improve
the traffic signal system at the intersection of Texas Street and
Redlands Boulevard as a Federal-Aid Urban System Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city Council of the
City of Redlands approves Supplement No. I to the Master Agreement
providing for construction of the desired project and authorizes
the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the required documents.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 20th day of January, 1976 .
