A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A FEE SCHEDULE FOR ISSUING AND OPERATING
THE SECURITY GATE CARD SYSTEM AT REDLANDS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT,
AND RESCINDING RESOLUTIONO NO. 6066.
WHEREAS, on May 7, 2002, City Council of the City of Redlands approved the
contract to install a security system at the Redlands Municipal Airport; and
WHEREAS, the security system includes the installation and operation of electronic
access gates (2) at the Redlands Municipal Airport; and
WHEREAS, the operation of the security access gate system requires an expense to pay
for the services to operate the gate card readers, to issue new and replacement gate cards, and to
maintain the gate card system; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is authorized to revise the fee schedule for the operation
and maintenance of the access gate card system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Redlands, State of California, hereby adopts this Resolution to establish a fee schedule for the
operation and maintenance of the access gate card system as follows:
I. Fee for issuing new, annual gate cards shall be $25.00 per card.
2. Fee for renewing annual gate cards shall be $15.00 per card.
3. Fee for issuing replacement gate cards shall be $15.00 per card.
4. Fee for issuing temporary gate cards shall be $10.00 per card.
5. A refundable deposit for issuing temporary gate cards shall be $10.00 per card.
6. Fee for issuing new, annual multi-user gate cards shall be $10.00 per card.
7. Fee for renewing annual multi-user gate cards shall be $10.00 per card.
S. Fee for issuing replacement multi-user gate cards shall be $10.00 per card
9. A refundable deposit for issuing temporary gate cards shall be $10.00 per card.
The fee for new, renewal and replacement gate cards, both single and multi-user, are to he
nonrefundable. All gate cards are required to be renewed on an annual basis by the first working
day following January I"of a new calendar year.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED THIS 6'" DAY OF DECEMBER, 2005.
