A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ESTABLISHING FEES
TO BE CHARGED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 57 -- ANIMALS -
OF THE REDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does hereby resolve
as follows :
SECTION ONE: That the following fees shall be charged by the
City of Redlands in accordance with Chapter 57 - Animals - of the
Redlands Ordinance Code:
§ 57107. PAYMENT OF THE FEE. A license fee of $5. 00 for
each neutered dog and a license fee of $10. 00 for
each unaltered dog shall be charged. Proof of
such neutering shall be presented at the time of
request for license.
§ 57112 . LICENSE TRANSFER AND TAG REPLACEMENT. A fee of
$1. 00 shall be charged for the replacement of a
lost, mutilated, or stolen tag.
§ 57303. RELEASE OF IMPOUNDED DOGS. A charge of $3 . 00 per
day shall be charged for the keeping of an
impounded dog.
§ 57304 . DISPOSAL OF SMALL ANIMALS ON REQUEST OF OWNER.
A fee of $20. 00 for live animals or $1.0 . 00 for
dead animals shall be charged for disposal of
said animals.
SECTION TWO: Fees stipulated in Section One shall become
effective May 5, 1981 .
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 5th day of May, 1981.
