A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ESTABLISHING DRAINAGE FEES AND
PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR SAID FEES AND AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3510
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION ONE: That Subsection 7, Drainage Fee is added to Section
IV of Resolution No. 3510, reading as follows :
7 . Drainage Fee
The following fee shall be paid prior to final map approval
for acreage fees and prior to building permit issuance for square
footage fees.
a) Single family residential subdivisions at the rate of
$2 , 000 per gross acre.
b) All other land development, including but not limited to
commercial, industrial, multiple residential, mobile home
parks, planned unit development and individual single
family residential at the rate of $0. 15 per square foot
of roofed or paved area.
c) Additions to existing buildings or parking areas which
increase impervious area of parcels at the rate of $0. 15
per square foot of roofed or paved area added in excess
of 700 square feet.
d) Single family residential subdivisions in which lots
exceed 20, 000 square feet at the rate of .$700 per gross
acre for lot areas in excess of 20, 000 square feet plus
$0. 15 per square foot of roofed or paved area.
SECTION TWO: Fees stipulated in Section One shall become effec-
tive January 1, 1979.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 7th day of November, 1978 .

After a thorough review of Resolution No. 3510 and all of
its amendments which established the old fees and charges ,
we find that the attached amendment- , Resolution No. 3534 -
Drainage Fee , is the only fee still in effect,
Would it be possible to incorporate this drainage fee into
the Cost Comparison (whatever) study and eliminate
Resolution 3510 as amended entirely? It would be most
helpful for everyone involved if we could.
