A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ESTABLISHING DRAINAGE FEES AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR SAID
FEES AND AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3510 AND RESCINDING
RESOLUTION NO. 3534
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does resolve as follows :
SECTION ONE : That Subsection 7 , Drainage Fee , is added to
Section IV of Resolution No. 3510 , reading as follows :
7 . Drainage Fee
The following fee shall be paid prior to final map approval
for acreage fees and prior to building permit issuance for
aquare footage fees :
a) Single family residential subdivisions at the rate of
$2 ,000 per gross acre .
b) All other land development , including but not limited to
commercial , industrial , multiple residential , mobile home
parks , planned unit development , and individual single
family residential at the rate of $0 .15 per square foot
of roofed or paved area.
c) Additions to existing buildings or parking areas which
increase impervious area of parcels at the rate of $0 . 15
per square foot of roofed or paved area added in excess
of 700 square feet.
d) Single family residential subdivisions in which lots
exceed 20 , 000 square feet at the rate of $700 per gross
acre for lot areas in excess of 20 , 000 square feet plus
$0 . 15 per square foot of roofed or paved area.
e) Exemption: All land to be dedicated to the City of
Redlands for park land shall be exempted from the
drainage fee .
SECTION TWO : That Resolution No. 3534 is hereby rescinded in
its entirety.
SECTION THREE: Fees stiupulated in Section One shall become
effective immediately upon adoption of this Resolution.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 5th day of March , 1985 .
