A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA, ENTITLED AS FOLLOWS �--
"ESTABLISHMENT OF A SCHEDULE OF INTERMENT AND DISINTERMENT FEES, OVER-
TIME CHARGES, LOT AMD -MAUSOLEU1,01 CRYPT PRICES, RESALE !TEM PRICES, AND
MARKER SETTING FEES, PLUS CREDIT AND DISCOUNT REGULATIONS, APPLICABLE
TO THE OPERATION OF HILLSIDE MEMORIAL PARR, REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA, A
CEMETERY UWNED BY THE CITY OF REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA, A MUNICIPAL COR-
PORATION, - AND RESCINDING RESOLUTIONS NOS4 2993, 3078, 3104 AND 3118
The City Council of the City. of Redlands does resolve as f011Ows :
The following schedule is established for fees and charges for
property sold or services rendered by Hillside Memorial Park (ref-
erence is made to Resolution Moa 3061, Establishing Cemetery Rules
and Regulations) :
SECTION ONE: interment and Disinterment Fees and Overtime Rates.
(a) Interment Fees: DOUBLE DEPTH (VAULT ONLY)

Cost of disinterment shall be in addition to interment fee.
+ If an interment is made at the time when first standard inter-
ment is lowered to double depth, fee for the latter will be
reduced to $125.00, to which will be added the regular disin-
terment fee and the cost of a sectional box if used for 42
interment.
NOTE: Interment fee in uncared-for area - $55W0 (No
sectional box provided. )
4 Add $30.00 for cremated interments requiring a committal
service.,

(q) overtime work is defined as interment work, or grave--
side services required outside of cemetery, operating
hours. All interments and disinterments requiring
overtime work will he charqed at double the regular
fees for these services ;see above for regular fee
schedule) ,
(h) Cemetery operating hours -
1, Wnek days (excluding Saturdays P&. , Sundays and
city established holidays) , 8:00 A, M. to 4:30 Pm
2 . All interment services conducted in the cemetery,
to avoid overtime charge, shall leave the premises
not later than 3 :30 P�M� on weekdays and 11 :00
A.M. on Saturdays.
A) interments requiring overtime worm
Overtime work rates shall be charged for all funerals
leaving the cemetery after 3 :30 VM. on Mondays,
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and after
11 :00 AX, an Saturdays . Overtime is chaffed at the
rate of $10 .00 for each half hour or portion thereof
for any funeral leaving the cemetery after 3 : 30 PY,,
on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and
11:00 A.Mon Saturday. Minimum overtime charge is
$25.00
Except in cases of extreme emergency, as determined
by the Cemetery Superintendent, interments will not
be authorized on Sundays or holidays observed by city
employees . When authorized, the interment charges
will he doubled,,
