HomeMy WebLinkAbout5188_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTION NO. 5188 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ESTABLISHING FEES FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT WHEREAS, the Redlands Fire Department performs various services including plan reviews, plan checks and fire prevention inspections for residential and commercial buildings; and WHEREAS,the Redlands Fire Department is required to provide various incident reports and issue general permits for hazardous materials and permits for special events as well as other special Fire Department services; and WHEREAS, Chapter 3.16 of the Redlands Municipal Code authorizes this City Council to require the ascertainment of recovery of costs reasonably borne from fees and charges levied therefor in providing the regulation,products, or services hereinafter enumerated; and WHEREAS, for purposes of efficiency and economy, Redlands Fire Department has determined that it is also appropriate at this time to establish and/or revise other fees associated with the operation of the Redlands Fire Department; Section 1. The fees for the Redlands Fire Department as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto are hereby adopted. ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 6th day of June 1995.
