A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS SETTING FRONTAGE CHARGE PER
FOOT FOR WATER MAINS AND SEWER MAINS AS REQUIRED BY SECTIONS 59103
AND 83404 OF REDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands as
follows:
1 . The following schedule of charges is hereby established for
water and sewer main frontage charges:
Item Amour Code Section
Frontage Charge per Foot-Water $5 .00 Section 59103
Main
Frontage Charge per Foot--Sewer $7 .50 Section 83404
Main
2. Section IIA. and Section II .3 . , 1st item (Sewer Main Frontage
Charges (any development) of Resolution 3510 are hereby
repealed.
SECTION THREE:.
The charges hereby set, shall be effective on the date that
Ordinance 1941 and Ordinance 1944 both become effective.
ADOPTED, SIGNED, AND APPROVED THIS15th DAY OF April 1986 .
