A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS RELATING TO
FEES FOR CEMETERY INTERMENT, DISINTERMENT AND REINTERMENT SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands operates and maintains a cemetery at Hillside Memorial
Park; and
WHEREAS, the Cemetery Division of the Public Works Department incurs costs to
operate and maintain Hillside Memorial Park, including the cost of interment, disinterment and
reinterments services; and
WHEREAS, based upon studies undertaken by the Public Works Department, the City
Council of the City of Redlands has determined the fees charged by the City should be increased
to recoup the costs reasonably borne by the City in connection with the interment, disinterment
and reinterment services that it provides;
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands
as follows:
Section 1. The fees for interment, disinterment and reinterment services provided by
the City at Hillside Memorial Park as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto are hereby adopted.
Section 2. The Executive Order Summary, dated June, 1996, pertaining to cemetery
fees is hereby rescinded.

The following fees are established for interment reinterment and disinterment services at Hillside
Memorial Park:

* Supplemental Charges Weekday service after 3.00 pm - In addition to Weekday
