A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ESTABLISHING A NON-REFUNDABLE APPLICATION FEE TO BE
CHARGED BY THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDINANCE NO. 1859 , PERTAINING TO INTERSTATE TRUCKS
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Redlands duly adopted
Ordinance No . 1859 on January 15 , 1985; and
WHEREAS , Section 69003 of Ordinance No. 1859 ordains that the
applicant for an interstate truck terminal shall pay a non-
refundable application fee sufficient to pay the cost of a review
of the terminal designation and a review of the route and alternate
route;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Redlands does
hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION ONE: A non-refundable application fee in the
amount of $400 .00 shall be paid to the
City of Redlands in accordance with
Section 69003 of Ordinance No. 1859 .
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 15th day of January, 1985 .
