SUBJECT: Recodification Project, Resolution No, 4159
As part of the recodification process, a resolution has
been written to restate certain fees to be consistent
with proposed code changes also on the agenda . No
changes in fees or _new fees are proposed. A copy of the
resolution is included for information in the ordinance
agenda item to which it applies . The resolution is
included under this separate agenda item because of the
different adoption process for resolutions and ordi-
nances .

RESOLUTION NO. 4159
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS SETTING FEES, CHARGES AND
DEPOSITS TO BE CHARGED BY THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT FOR VARIOUS
SERVICES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands as
follows:
1 . SCHEDULE OF FEES
The following schedule of fees, charges , and deposits for the
following services by the Public Works Department shall be in
force and take effect and shall replace any previous fees in
conflict:

2 . EFFECTIVE DATE
The effective date of this Resolution shall coincide with the
effective date of Ordinance 1948 (which amends Code Sections
59104 and 59108 and further requires fees and deposits to be set
by City Council Resolution or Article 144 of the City Code) .
