A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
CONCERNING FEES FOR USE OF REDLANDS CITY PARKS AND RE-
SCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 3206
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands, in order to maintain all the
facilities within the park system, requires all groups excluding
those schools within the Redlands Recreation District boundaries
of the City of Redlands to pay a service fee for use of the parks;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That the fees for use of Redlands City Parks by all
groups excluding those schools within the Redlands Re-
creation District Boundaries of the City of Redlands,
shall be as follows :
(a) 1 - 25 persons $ 5.00
(b) 26 - 50 persons 10 .00
(c) 51 - 150 persons 15.00
(d) 151 - 500 persons 35 .00
(e) 501 or more persons 60.00
2. That all organizations shall make regular application for
the use of Redlands City Parks and pay the existing fees
and that none of these fees shall be waived for any group
or organization.
3 . That this resolution shall be in force and take effect on
July 1, 1978.
