SERVICES FOR IMPROVEMENT TO PUBLIC BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS
This third amendment ("Third Amendment") to the agreement for non-professional
services for the replacement of City -owned streetlights with energy -efficient, light emitting diode
lights ("Agreement"), dated September 7, 2021, by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal
corporation and a general law city ("City"), and Tanko Streetlighting, Inc., a California corporation
("Consultant"), is made and entered into this 21st day of February, 2023.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically to extend the time for completion of the services to September 1, 2023; and
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration in the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged City and Consultant agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Section 3.2 of the Agreement, titled "Article 3 — Responsibilities of City",
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"3.2 City designates Chris Boatman, Assistant City Manager, as City's representative with
respect to performance of the Services, and such person shall have the authority to transmit
instructions, receive information, interpret and define City's polices and decisions with respect to
performance of the Services."
Section 2. Section 4.2 of the Agreement, titled "Article 4 — Performance of Services,"
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"4.2 Contractor shall complete the Services by September 1, 2023, unless the Services are
earlier terminated as permitted herein."
Section 3. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this Third
Amendment and in effect.
