A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ESTABLISHING A FEE SCHEDULE
FOR PROCESSING ALLOCATIONS UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCE NO.
1680, IMPLEMENTATION OF PROPOSITION "R, " AND AMENDTNG RFSOLUTION
NO. 3510
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES RESOLVE AS FOL-
LOWS:
SECTION ONE: That Subsection 5 , Residential Allocation Appli-
cation, be added to Section I of Resolution No. 3510 reading as
follows :
5. Residential Allocation Application
$150. 00 plus $3. 00 per unit
SECTION TWO: Fees stipulated in Section One shall become
effective February 20, 1979.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 20th day of February, 1979.

CHECKLIST
FOR RESIDENTIAL ALLOCATION
CITY OF REDLANDS

The following checklist is intended to serve as a guideline for submitting
an application for residential allocation. Depending upon the particular
project, not all of the information listed may be necessary. The project
requesting an allocation of units will be reviewed by the Planning Staff
against the criteria indicated in the building permit allocation plan.
Check if submitted:
A. Complete Application.
B. Fifteen copies of map or site plan of the proposed development,
containing the following information.
1. The map or site plan shall be drawn on a sheet size of
24" x 36" at a scale of not less than -l" = 100 ' ; a
variation of the sheet size may be approved by the
Planning Staff.
2. The date, north arrow, scale and name of the proposed
development shall be shown on the site plan. A vicinity
map shall also be shown at a scale of 1000 ' to the inch.
3. The legal description of the property within the develop-
ment.
4. The existing topographic character of the land, including
existing and proposed contours.
S. The location and size of all existing and proposed build-
ings, structures and improvements with appropriate
dimensions ;
6 . The density and type of dwellings;
7. The internal traffic and circulation system, off-street
parking areas, service areas, trash receptacles , loading
areas, major points of access to public rights-of-way
with appropriate dimensions , bus facilities and access
to existing bus service, pedestrian access to activity
areas, i .e. , schools , shopping;,
8 . Areas which are to be conveyed , dedicated or reserved
as com:non park sites , including public parks and recrea-
tional areas, and as site for schools or other public
buildings;
9. Major drainageways and areas subject to 100-year flood-
ing cycle;
10. All existing and proposed utility lines;
11. External lighting plan;
12. Site relation map, showing the relationship of the
development to the existing land uses and public
rights-of-way in the surrounding area.
C. Preliminary Utility Plans , including:
1. Drainage Plan
2. Water and Sewer Service
3. Flood Protection and Improvements
D. Written Statement - A written statement must be submitted
with the application, containing the following information:
1. A statement describing how the project meets the criteria
as outlined in the Point Rating System.
2. The development schedule including phasing .
3. Public Facilities - a written statement indicating how
the project relates to the Public Services Section of
Point Rating System by including a description of the
following aspects of the development:
Streets , Parks , Fire Protection, Flood Control , Water
Distribution, Sanitary Sewage Collection , School Cap-
acity, Storm Drainage, Police Protection, Public Trans-
portation, and Special Facilities and Services .
4 . Low and/or Moderate Income Housing -- shall include a
recommendation from the City of Redlands Housing Com-
mission and all supportive documentation submitted by
the developer to the Housing Commission.
E. Preliminary Landscaping Plan - A preliminary landscaping plan
may be submitted to be followed by a detailed landscaping plan
prior to a building permit being approved ,
F. Architectural Elevations and perspective drawings of all pro-
posed structures and improvements. They shall include colors ,
materials, and other details necessary to review the project .
G. Copies of any special agreements , conveyances , restrictions ,
or covenants , which will govern the use, maintenance and
continued protection of the development and any of its common
park areas.
H. The applicant may submit any other information or exhibits
deemed pertinent in evaluating the proposed development.
I . Such other information as may be required by the Planning
Director.
