A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ESTABLISHING
FEES FOR THE PROCESSING OF APPLICATIONS FOR EXCEPTIONS TO CITY
REGULATIONS GOVERNING ADULT USES.
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands Community Development Department reviews and processes
development and planning projects requested by the community; and
WHEREAS, the Community Development Department incurs costs to provide these
development and planning services; and
WHEREAS, the Community Development Department has made available to the public data,
ten days in advance of the City's consideration of this resolution, demonstrating that the fees
proposed by this resolution are necessary to pay for the costs reasonably borne by the Ctiy in
providing the services for which the fees are imposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands as follows:
Section 1. The fee for the review and processing of an application for exception to City
regulations governing adult uses is $440.00 and is hereby adopted.
Section 2. The fee for the review and processing of an appeal of an application for
exception to City regulations governing adult uses is $1,120.00 and is hereby adopted.
