A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
CONCERNING FEES FOR USE OF THE R.EDLANDS BOWL AND RESCINDING
RESOLUTION NO. 3064.
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands permits the use of the Redlands
Community Bowl on a non-profit basis , but requires the payment of
minimum fees to defray maintenance and operational costs ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That the fees for use of the Bowl shall be as follows :
(a) Prosellis only - $40.00 for two hours, payable in
advance.
(b) Bowl only - $45.00 for two hours, payable in advance.
(c) Use of the Prosellis and/or Bowl beyond the two hour
period - $10.00 per hour.
(d) Rental of piano - $5.00 per use payable in advance.
(e) Use of stage only for rehearsals after 3 :30 P.M. -
$10 .00 per hour.
(f) A clean-up fee of $10.00 per man hour will be charged
if any clean-up is necessary by Park Department
employees.
2. That all organizations shall make regular application for
Bowl usage and pay the existing rates or fees and that
none of these fees or charges shall be waived for any
group or organization.
3 . That this resolution shall be in force and take effect on
January 1, 1979.
