Home My WebLink About5777_CCv0002.pdf RESOLUTION NO. 5777 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ESTABLISHING FEES FOR THE REDLANDS FIRE DEPARTMENT AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 5361. WHEREAS, Chapter 3.16 of the Redlands Municipal Code authorizes this City Council to require the ascertainment of recovery of costs reasonably home from fees and charges levied therefor in providing the regulation, products, or services hereinafter enumerated; and WHEREAS,the City of Redlands contracted with the firm of David M.Griffith&Associates to perform a study and produce a Report on the Costs,Fees and Revenue of various city departments and produce a Full Cost Allocation Plan to support the assignment of City overhead to the various services, programs and activities; and Z:� WHEREAS,the Redlands Fire Department is required to under-take inspections,perform plan checking, provide various incident reports and issue general permits for hazardous materials and permits for special events as well as other special Fire Department services; and BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS as follows: Section 1. The fees for the Redlands Fire Department as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto are hereby adopted. Section 2. The fees specified in Exhibit "A" and attached to this resolution shall become effective immediately upon the adoption of this resolution and Resolution No. 5361 is hereby rescinded.
