Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Redlands held in the Council Chambers, Civic Center,
35 Cajon Street, on February 22, 2023 at 6:00 P.M.

Mayor Tejeda called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M. and explained that comments could be
presented in -person, via Zoom, via cell phone or landline. Council Member Davis attended the
meeting remotely. The public was offered an opportunity to provide comment on any subject within
the jurisdiction of the City Council, including Closed Session.
