A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DLANDS
RELATING TO SPECIFIC FEES AND CHARGES LEVIED IN CONNECTION WITH THE
CITY'S PROVISION OF REGULATIONS, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES AND RESCINDING
RESOLUTION NO. 6833
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands as follows:
Section 1. The City Council hereby eliminates its current charge for copies of City public
records.
Section 2. The fees and charges for all other corresponding regulations, products and
services provided by the City as enumerated in Chapter 3.16 of the Redlands Municipal Code
remain unaffected by this Resolution and are restated in the amounts shown in Exhibit"A."
Section 3. Resolution No. 6833 of the City Council of the City of Redlands is hereby
rescinded.
Section 4. The City Council hereby finds and determines that the adoption of this
resolution is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act(CEQA)pursuant to Public
Resources Code section 21080(b)(8)(1)because this Resolution relates to fees for the purpose of
meeting the operating expenses of the City.
