Home My WebLink About7099_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTION NO. 7099 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DLANDS RELATING TO SPECIFIC FEES AND CHARGES LEVIED IN CONNECTION WITH THE CITY'S PROVISION OF REGULATIONS, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 7004 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands as follows: Section 1. The City Council hereby establishes a charge for the processing of applications for remote caller bingo licenses in the amount of$354. Section 2. The fees and charges for all other corresponding regulations, products and services provided by the City as enumerated in Chapter 3.16 of the Redlands Municipal Code remain unaffected by this Resolution and are restated in the amounts shown in Exhibit"A." Section 3. Resolution No. 7044 of the City Council of the City of Redlands is hereby rescinded. Section 4. The City Council hereby finds and determines that the adoption of this resolution is exempt from the California Envirom-nental Quality Act(CEQA)pursuant to Public Resources Code section 21080(b)(8)(1)because this Resolution relates to fees for the purpose of meeting the operating expenses of the City.
