A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ESTABLISHING FEES FOR SECURITY ALARM SYSTEMS AND RESCINDING
RESOLUTION NO. 5694
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDL.ANDS as
follows:
Section 1. Pursuant to the authority of Chapter 5.12 of the Redlands Municipal Code, the
City Council hereby establishes the following fees for Security Alarm Systems:
Alarm/Agent Owner Fees
Alarm/Agent Registration Fee $ 25.00
Alarm Agent/Owner Registration Fee $ 25.00
The following false alarm fees are calculated for a twelve-month period.
False Burglga Alarms
Fourth and each additional false burglar alarm $100.00
False Robbery Alarms
Third and each additional false robbery alarm $100.00
Section 2. Resolution No. 5694 is hereby rescinded.
Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective on the effective date of City of Redlands
Ordinance No. 2457.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of October, 2000.
