A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
SETTING FEES FOR INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER DISCHARGE PERMITS AS
REQUIRED BY SECTION 83909 OF THE REDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands as
follows:
1. The following schedule of fees is hereby established for
Industrial Wastewater Discharge Permits:
Ite Amount Code Section
Industrial Wastewater Class I - $100 Section 83909
Discharge Permit Fee Class II - $50
Non-domestic Wastewater $25 Section 83909
Discharge Inspection Fee
2. Permit fees hereby set, shall be subject to change
within the permit life.
3. The fees hereby set, shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
