A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ESTABLISHING SCHEDULE OF
FEES TO BE CHARGED BY THE PLANNING AND PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENTS;
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2912; AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2987
AND RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS :
That Resolution No. 2912, Section I - Preliminary Fees, Section
II - Final Approval or Final Clearance Fees, and Section IV
Miscellaneous Fees, shall be amended as follows:

A charge of Y5. 00/ft, of the premises adjacent to the main
shall be paid as Water Main Construction Charge. Any prop-
erty for single family dwellings that has more than one
frontage side, the charge shall be I the sum of all front-
age charges.

NOTE: In the event that any of the work listed in
paragraph 2, herein, is commenced prior to the
issuance of a permit, a penalty of $5.00 will be
charged in addition to the specified fee. The
penalty is charged for each project, regardless of
the number of actions.
3. Water or Sewer System Installation
inspection fee of $0. 20 l. f. inside city limits. out-
side city limits the inspection fee of $0.40/l.f. will
be paid.
4. Water Service Installation Charge per the Following
Table
a) To existing mains :

5. Water or Sewer Service - OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS
Sign Annexation Agreement. other requirements same
except as noted above. Section III, paragraph 3 also
applies for sewer service.
