A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ESTABLISHING FEES FOR THE PROCESSING OF ADULT-ORIENTED BUSINESS
PERFORMER PERMITS
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2345 of the City of Redlands regulating adult-oriented
businesses require persons participating in certain live performances at adult businesses to obtain
an adult-oriented business performer permit; and
WHEREAS, as part of the application for an adult-oriented business performer permit, the
applicant is required to pay a fee established by the City, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2345 further requires that the fee for an adult-oriented business
performer permit be set by resolution of the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands as
follows:
Section 1. The fee for an adult-oriented business performer permit is hereby established in
the amount of$120.00 based upon the costs identified in Attachment "A" which is attached to this
resolution.
