RESOLUTION NO. 6703
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
APPROVING A FINAL MAP FOR THE REVERSION TO ACREAGE OF
COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBERS
0173-061-11, 0173-061-25, 0173-071-12, 0173-071-15 AND 0173-071-87
WHEREAS, proceedings have been initiated by petition of the owners of record of the
following properties to revert subdivided property to acreage by City of Redlands Final Map No.
16610: County of San Bernardino Assessor's Parcel Nos. 0173-061-11, 0173-061-25,
0173-071-12, 0173-071-15 and 0173-071-87; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Redlands has determined that Final Map
No_ 16610 satisfies with all requirements of the State's Subdvision Map Act and Title 17 of the
Redlands Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing has been held on Final Map No. 16610 by the
City Council of the City of Redlands;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands as
follows:
Section 1. By this Resolution, the City Council of the City of Redlands hereby approves
Final Map No. 16610. In approving Final Map No. 16610 and the reversion of property to
acreage, this City Council finds:

(a) Dedication or offers of dedication to be vacated or abandoned by the
reversion to acreage are unnecessary for present or prospective public
purposes; and
(b) All owners of ail interest in the real property within the subdivision have
consented to the reversion.
Section 2. The City Cicrk of the City of Redlands is hereby directed to transmit final
Map No. 16610, with a certified copy of this resolution, to the San Bernardino County
Recorder's office for recordation in the official records of the County of San Bernardino.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect from and after the date of its adoption.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 15`x' day of April, 2008.
